Before embarking on a journey, check your travel insurance coverage to make sure that you are covered in the country of your destination. There are some important details to remember with travel insurance like, travel insurance packaged with tours usually have age limits and pre-existing conditions are most likely not covered.
Some insurance companies would provide coverage regardless of age and pre-existing medical condition. However, premiums would be higher but more feasible if viewed from a more practical and short term basis needed by most vacations.
