Winter Travel Insurance Guide |
When purchasing travel insurance, the traveler must take into account what season it is when he is traveling. In winter, you might consider having coverage for winter sports in your travel insurance. This is not part of standard travel insurance but an add-on option.
Factors to consider when taking the add-on option are coverage for extra activities like snow mobiling, tobogganing and the likes. Another is rescue and repatriation, which includes bringing you back home with injury.
